Ballyconnell

Ballyconnell is a vibrant and picturesque town in West Cavan located on the Shannon-Erne Waterway. This waterway links the Shannon and Erne rivers. This canal was initially opened in 1856, but was re-opened recently for cruisers, boats and canoes to explore the waterway. Balllyconnell is located 28km from Cavan town.

The nearby 4****Slieve Russell Hotel  & Country Club has an 18-hole championship golf course, par 3 course, tennis courts, country club, several bars and restaurants. Nearby ODD Gamespark provides outdoor activities for active groups in search of some high octane fun activity.
