Charity 20km walk/run from Cavan – Arvagh. All proceeds go to St. Luke’s Hospital, Dublin. Entertainment and fun in Arvagh after the race. Participants can walk or run the 20km from Cavan to Arvagh or the shorter distance of 13km from Ballinagh to Arvagh.

14th International Racquetball Federation (IRF)  World Racquetball Championships
Kingscourt Handball & Racquetball Centre, Kingscourt, Co Cavan
The 14th IRF World Racquetball Championships is a joint venture of the Racquetball Association of Ireland, the European Racquetball Federation and Kingscourt Racquetball Club. 40 countries are likely to be  represented with  over 200 athletes participating.
